At AspireX with Rohan Jayswal, we primarily offer services, training programs, and sessions that are delivered digitally through email, messaging platforms, or online portals. However, in some cases, we may also deliver physical items such as certificates, printed materials, or books related to your course or session. This shipping policy explains how and when these materials are delivered to you.

Most of our content—including session confirmations, resources, digital certificates, and course materials—is sent via email or WhatsApp. You will typically receive these within 24 to 72 hours of your session or program, unless stated otherwise. Please ensure that you provide accurate and active contact details during registration to avoid any delivery issues.

In the case of physical shipments, such as printed certificates or materials (if offered), we will dispatch them to the address you provide at the time of booking or upon request. Shipping timelines for physical items may vary based on your location, availability of materials, and postal service conditions. Standard delivery within India usually takes 5–10 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details provided by the recipient.

Shipping charges for physical products, if applicable, will be clearly communicated to you before dispatch. In some cases, free shipping may be offered as part of the service package.

We do not currently offer international shipping for physical items. If you are located outside India and require a certificate or document, we will provide a digital version via email.
